Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at connect@indigoestudios.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom products (e.g., personalized items or special orders)
• Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For questions about specific items, please contact us.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item after approval and place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
