Fulfillment Timeline

Most items are made to order and require 9–14 days for production and fulfillment before shipping. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

• Orders under $50: A shipping fee will apply, calculated at checkout.
• Orders of $50 or more: Free shipping is included.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping times and costs vary by destination. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window or appears to be lost, please contact us at connect@indigoestudios.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information
